Greenwell Springs Baptist Church
Blitz on the Bayou is a one-day training
conference offered by BAGBR and designed for Sunday School leadership, pastors,
directors, teachers of adults, college, youth, children, and preschoolers.
Additional sessions include topics on prayer & library. Experienced session
leaders and stimulating keynote speakers make this event one that is well worth
the time. Offered every year in August, here are some comments from attendees
of Blitz 2009:

2008-2009 Annual Report

Dr. Rob Zinn, Senior Pastor of Immanuel Baptist
Church in Highland, California, was the keynote
speaker for the 2009 Annual Sunday School Leadership
Training Conference held on August 15th
at Parkview Baptist Church. This was the sixth
annual Blitz Training event.
Twenty-seven leaders provided training for Sunday
School teachers of all age groups, Sunday School
directors, librarians and Pastors/ministerial staff.
A total of 463 participants took part in the
training. Special thanks to Parkview Baptist Church
for hosting the event. The conference was sponsored
by BAGBR, LBC and LifeWay Church Resources. |
